Kenyan police on Monday arrested the owner of a collapsed building, which killed at least 21 people on Friday in the poor neighbourhood of Huruma.
Samuel Karanja Kamau is expected to appear in court on Tuesday. Kamau is not going down alone though.

The governor of Nairobi, Evans Kidero, said officials who approved the construction of the building would be also sacked.
Local media reports indicate the six-storey building had no occupancy permit. 134 people were rescued but more are feared trapped under the rubble.
Live TV footage showed the National Youth Service and firefighters removing stones by hand and a crowd cheering as a child was removed from the rubble.
The Red Cross on Sunday said 69 people were still missing after the collapse.
Aid workers also say hopes are fading of finding any survivors under the rubble.
